BRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
Most of my event work has been with Cosmopolitan, supporting cover shoots, Cosmo Sleepover, Cosmo in the City, Summer Vibes and brand collaborations. I’ve helped with everything from smaller gatherings to larger events with over 100 guests, contributing content, coordinating guest communication, covering events on site and supporting the team behind the scenes.

ABOUT me
Hi, I’m Mariana: somewhere between music and fashion, usually with a few tabs open and unpacked suitcase.
I’ve never been very good at choosing just one thing. I love writing, making content, helping a brand find its voice and being part of the work that goes into an event. That’s why this portfolio covers a few different worlds. I enjoy moving between them, and I’d rather be honest about that than pretend I only have one interest.
I’m originally from the Czech Republic, but spent almost four years in Ireland, with work also taking me to London and Paris. These days, Prague is home, though I’m often somewhere else. Travel is a big part of my life, and the flexibility of my work lets me keep exploring. I love working with people from different countries, getting to know their ideas and thinking about how a brand might connect with an audience somewhere new.
I’m curious, I love meeting people, and I take my work seriously...myself, a little less. I have ADHD, a lot of interests and a sense of humour that comes with me to work. Whatever I’m involved in, I care about doing it properly and being someone people can rely on.
